Our primary focus is on the overall planning, development and delivery of photovoltaic power plants and wind farms.
Our Business
We develop projects with a local approach, from the preliminary planning phases to the actual construction, operationalisation and handover to our clients. Additionally, we provide strategic advice on project viability, productivity, financial benefits and all aspects related to the development of renewable energy projects.
Project Development
We develop clean energy projects in Europe focusing on the most attractive markets considering relevant aspects such as market and regulatory environment.
Construction Management
We review and analyze the engineering and execution planning and the selection of all materials required for the construction. We monitor the quality and execution of the installation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Operational Asset Management
We focus on optimizing asset performance until we exit our projects by handing them over to our clients.

2006
Unigea
Our CEO, Klaus Bruckberger started his career in Renewables as the CEO of Unigea, a company focusing on Project Development, Construction Management and Operational Asset Management of Photovoltaic Power Plants, Wind Farms and Biomass Projects. The projects were located in Greece, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain and Germany.
2009
Omni Opes
Omni Opes, a business focusing on Operational Asset Management, purchase and sale of Photovoltaic Power Plants and Project Development Consulting in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania was created.
2013
Prime Energy Holding
Prime Energy Holding has developed projects in Germany, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Italy and Spain.
2016
Solarna Prevadzka k.s.
Mr Bruckberger founded and became shareholder in this entity set up to develop and build, acquire and sell Photovoltaic Power Plants in Slovakia.
